Who Are We?
We are a group of physician scientists who are interested in understanding obesity and obesity-related changes that increase the risk for heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. We are testing an innovative idea: preventing metabolic disorders in offspring by interventions that improve the father’s health.
We are based at The Lundquist Institute for Biomedical Innovation at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Torrance, CA
